Clusters are pivotal to working with data. Azure Databricks provides a unified platform to manage clusters for various use cases such as running production ETL pipelines, streaming analytics and ad-hoc analytics.

With Azure Databricks, you can easily create and manage clusters using the UI, the CLI, and by invoking the Clusters API. This section focuses on performing cluster tasks using the UI. For the other methods, see Databricks CLI and clusters-api.

This user guide covers all cluster management tasks and UI tools. You can also manage your clusters using the Clusters API.
